DAVE WENGER – FOUNDER
I have extensive experience in the refrigeration industry, gained through various roles over the years. I spent 10 years at Wenger Temperature Control in Columbus, OH, where I worked on HVAC and refrigeration projects. Later, I worked as a sales representative at Quadra-Tech Inc. for 6 years, deepening my understanding of the food service industry. After that, I spent 23 years in sales in the Equipment Lease Finance sector, handling financing for various equipment. In early 2020, I joined RSA as a sales representative. After representing several manufacturers over the last 4 years, In late 2023, Retail Refrigeration Sales was founded. I currently live in Lawrenceburg, IN, and enjoy Flyfishing and Motorcycling.
DAVID C WENGER III – VP SALES
While my tenure in the refrigeration equipment industry has been relatively brief, my practical field experience is extensive. I spent 2 years installing walk-ins, rooftop HVAC units, and refrigeration packages, as well as assisting with service calls at Wenger Temperature Control in Columbus, Ohio. Subsequently, I participated in the installation of new construction projects for convenience stores, which involved walk-ins, rack system shelving, display doors, beverage dispensing systems, ice machines, and deli cases. Presently, I find fulfillment in conducting sales calls and visiting job sites. However, nothing compares to a round of golf on a sunny day.
